We are on a mission to revolutionize hybrid learning for kids who need extra support and thrive with individualized learning that prioritizes choice, independence, and engagement.
Our programs offers an opportunity for learners to engage in a child-led, interest-based environment that nurtures their innate curiosity and need for connection, while fostering a lifelong love of learning. Students will be invited to help select activities based on their unique interests, as we explore a variety of subjects including STEM, Science, ART, History, Social Studies and more.
Run by a talented team of neuroaffirming professionals, we create learning spaces that prioritize community, regulation, and engagement.
Running Monday's and Thursday's in Ridgewood New Jersey, the DIVERG. Microschool offers Neurodivergent learners, ages 6-12, the opportunity to engage in interest-based subjects while engaging with a like-minded group of peers.

Our School's Out Camp, provides Neurodivergent kids from a variety of programs the opportunity to engage with friends, while being supported by engaging, Neuroaffirming team members.

Alison is a pediatric occupational therapist and special education teacher who specializes in treating developmental challenges such as fine and gross motor delays, sensory processing disorders, and autism. She has experience in early intervention and previously worked at a private school for children with autism. Alison holds certifications from the Star Institute in sensory processing. She integrates Handwriting Without Tears, Brain Gym, and DIR/Floortime into her therapy. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.
Jenn, has over a decade of experience in pediatric development. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Family Science and Human Development from Montclair State University and a master’s in Speech Language Pathology from William Paterson University. Jenn was a nanny/household manager while studying, which enriched her skills working with childr

Jenn was a nanny/household manager while studying, which enriched her skills working with children. Her approach is child-led while integrating specific developmental goals. In her free time, Jenn enjoys live entertainment, working out at the gym, and exploring new cities. She has visited over ten countries and plans to explore more.

Before this, he spent several years in the Education Department at the Bergen County Zoo as a Show Presenter, where he also taught educational programs. Over the past decade, Sam has worked with kids in various settings of all ages, including babysitting, classroom environments, and summer camps.
